During the 1996 conventions, Franken teamed up with Arianna Huffington to provide political coverage for Comedy Central. They are also appearing in a point-counterpoint segment, "Strange Bedfellows," for "Politically Incorrect."
Franken is a five-time Emmy Award winner for his work on Saturday Night Live and Comedy Central as a writer, comedian and political satirist. He is the author of "I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and Doggone It, People Like Me!" and co-author of the hit movie "When a Man Loves a Woman." He also wrote and starred in the motion picture "Stuart Saves His Family."
